Accra, November 10, 2025 – Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPCL) has successfully commenced convenient online gazette applications dubbed e-Gazette. This marks a major milestone in GPCL’s digital transformation agenda and commitment to improving access to authentic gazette applications.

The e-Gazette platform enables citizens and institutions to apply for gazettes online, removing the need for manual submission through post offices or physical visits to GPCL’s offices.

The platform is fully operational and provides a secure, convenient, and efficient digital experience. It integrates features such as:

1. Online application and submission of documentation for gazettes.
2. Secure payment systems for online transactions.
3. Mobile responsiveness and a user-friendly interface.

The e Gazette system delivers on GPCL’s promise to make gazette application convenient for all Ghanaians regardless of location.

The initiative aligns with the Government of Ghana’s 24-Hour Economy vision, positioning GPCL as a public service institution providing uninterrupted access to services.

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance public awareness, the GPCL will continue its education and outreach activities under the Gazette 360 Campaign to guide users on how to navigate and utilize the new platform effectively.
