Accra, April 7, 2025 – The Ghana Publishing Company Limited (GPCL) wishes to inform the
general public and all Stake Holders of the introduction of new Gazette processing service
options, effective Monday, April 14, 2025. This strategic initiative is part of our commitment to
improving service delivery, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The revised structure introduces a three-tier Gazette processing system:
• Regular Service – Processed within three (3) weeks
• Premium Service – Processed within seventy-two (72) hours
• Premium Plus Service – A new express option processed within twenty-four (24)
hours
These options are designed to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients based on their
specific time and service needs.
In line with these enhancements, GPCL will also implement adjusted Gazette application fees
corresponding to each service level.
We encourage all stakeholders, legal practitioners, corporate clients, and the general public to
take note of these changes.
GPCL remains dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support. We encourage
customers to visit our website at www.ghanapublishing.gov.gh or visit our social media handles
