GHANA PUBLISHING COMPANY LIMITED MARKS NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER & THANKSGIVING

Ghana Publishing Company limited (GPCL) joined the Nation to mark its first ever National Day of Prayer and thanks giving to re affirm the Nation’s trust in God.

The inter-faith service, hosted at the company’s premises in Accra, brought together employees and senior managers to “thank God for past blessings and seek divine guidance for the future,” organisers said.

The programme featured messages from Rev. Nicholas Antwi popularly known as “Rev. Obofour” and Islamic scholar Ameer Mhuktar.

In their remarks, the clergymen admonished staff to give off their best and contribute dutifully to the success story of the Ghana Publishing Company limited. They also entreated staff to eschew acts that will bring the name of the company into disrepute.

Managing Director of GPCL, Nana Kwasi Boatey Esq. in his exhortation, expressed gratitude to God for his continuous protection over the company and staff on the GPCL journey thus far.

He further admonished Staff to give off their best at all times for the overall growth of the company.

The National Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving, is a day set aside to express gratitude to God for National Blessings and seek divine guidance for the future.

Founded in 1965, GPCL is the government’s official printer and publishes the Ghana Gazette, parliamentary Hansards and a range of commercial titles.
