The Workers Union of Ghana Publishing Company Limited have commended the Managing Director and the management on the introduction of the 24-hour service. The aim of the 24-hour service is to promote efficiency, increase productivity, and improve time delivery.
Speaking on behalf of staff at the launch of the 24-hour service, Mr. Benard Akrong lauded management for the bold step in rolling out the 24-hour service to deliver promptly on contracts, to boost the overall productivity of the company and also ensure efficiency. He pledged the commitment of staff to ensure the success and sustenance of this initiative. ‘We want to assure management of our support, readiness and commitment to make the roll out of our 24-hour operations a success as staff will be its first beneficiaries’, he mentioned.
He also expressed the hope and optimism that the successes of the 24-hour service will place Ghana Publishing Company Limited on a higher pedestal in the printing and publishing industry to be attractive to both public and private agencies. He also hinted on plans by the company to venture into digital and other forms of printing and also bring our services to the doorstep of customers by opening branches in every region of the country to continuously satisfy customers’ needs.
